There is a hair dryer, makeup mirror and iron / ironing board. The studio is located on the second floor of the building but there is a full service elevator to bring you to the second floor. A golf cart comes with the studio rental as long as you assume the liability for any damage or injuries that you may cause. The Studio visitors can pay the day fees for use of the Paradise Lakes Resort Club. The club has a sports bar, a nightclub, gym, Ballard tables, main pool, 2 volley ball pools, a heated conversation pool and hottub. The club and Pools are open 24/7 for you. Activities include pickle ball, water volleyball, dances, karaoke Texas Holden, etc You are only charged the resort fees on days that you want to make use of the club. The 71 acres of the community have private roads and pathways where many walk daily nude for exercise. You have free access to any area not part of the Club itself. The studio door uses a digital lock that you select to code for. The studio has a private parking space assigned to it so you never have parking problems. A gate pass provides your access to the gated community after you arrive. The owners are on site at least half the time in a condo next door to assist you with any needs or questions. There are several other nudist communities locate nearby called Caliente and Como. We require our visitors to be over 21 years of age as the club does not allow anyone younger than that in the nighttime hours. There is no smoking in the studio or lani. Our home is a net-zero home and is powered by solar. The thermostats will not go below 70° and heat will be disabled during inside temperatures above 70°. If windows or doors are left open for more than one minute the air conditioning will turn off until closed. When leaving for an extended period of time please up the temperature of the AC. **No smoking including e-cigarettes in home. The air conditioning system will recirculated to the primary home and will cause respiratory issues for one of the family members** **We use Tide Original laundry detergent & scented Downey original softener on the sheets and towels to minimize wrinkles. Although the smell is not strong please let us know in advance if you're allergic to softener or sensitive to fragrances** House Rules - Please do not touch any theater equipment as it has been professionally tuned - Late check out past 11 a.m. will incur a $100 fee taken out of the deposit unless late check-out is agreed upon in the Airbnb app. If no communication and no signs of leaving police will be called to remove the guest at 12pm as other guest check-in at 4 and we need time to clean the home. I apologize if this sounds harsh but we've had people that did not want to leave. A gas grill is located on the back porch for outdoor cooking. A single person kayak and life vest are available for use upon request at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Beach towels are located in the laundry room, lower cabinet. You can walk directly out from the bedroom or living room to the swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. You have your own private entrance. You are 30 minutes from beautiful beaches, 45 minutes away from Disney & 20 minutes away from Bush Gardens. You can walk to restaurants. We are sure you will like it here. This rental is part of the house and consist in 1 large bedroom/one smaller bedroom and large bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room. You have your own private entrance. Please know that this rental is part of our house. You do have total privacy with your own entrance & we do not use the pool or Jaccuzzi upon your stay. We consider it more of a no stress vacation by not having a full kitchen. No pressure to cook fancy meals. Our renters have been very happy using our outside grill. We do have a microwave, toaster, 2 mini fridges, a gas grill, basic kitchen utensils, dishes. and paper products. [See images].
